Nesha Mitchell (Edwards)
I'm a certified sound healer & yoga instructor. An all around light worker, currently serving the Houston, TX and surrounding area. As a traveling instructor I want to reach as many peoples lives as I can through Health and Wellness. I serve nationally and internationally by request. I'm open to taking my talents to all parts of the globe.
I started my yoga and healing journey in 2017 after a series of chaotic events (Hurricane Harvey for example). Towards the end 2019 my vision was finally clear and I started taking the steps to become a teacher/ business owner. Of course COVID had other plans in 2020 but I shifted gears. I started offering "in home" and "zoom" sessions while getting as many online certifications as I could during the pandemic. I really took advantage of these opportunities and dove deep into the knowledge and trainings of all things wellness. Today I serve as a healer within my community providing various sessions, events, and safe spaces for people of all backgrounds.

Ebony Yoga is a space for people of all backgrounds to come get their mind & body right. By connecting with others locally & worldwide, the vision is to establish mental and physical wellness within all shapes, sizes, and genders of our community.
