Bring wellness directly to your community with our customized yoga and sound bath sessions, designed for all experience levels. Each class or event is tailored to fit the needs of your community, making it an accessible and rejuvenating experience for everyone.
Company Event
Company Events like Corporate Mindfulness or Wellness days are available in Houston & surrounding areas. Services include Yoga Classes, Sound Baths, Meditation, Stretch and Massage therapy & other customized options.
Team building Ice Breakers and Workshops are included with all corporate and company event packages.

Stretch therapy supports circulation, mobility, and nervous system relaxation through assisted, intentional stretching. This session is ideal for reducing pain, improving movement, and enhancing overall wellness. Inquire today to experience deep, restorative relief.
Aroma Therapy is optional during the sessions with additional choices of Palo Santo or Sage for cleansing purposes.
Meet the Owner - Nesha
I'm a certified sound healer & yoga instructor. An all around light worker, currently serving the Houston, TX and surrounding area. As a traveling instructor I want to reach as many peoples lives as I can through Health and Wellness. I serve nationally and internationally by request. I'm open to taking my talents to all parts of the globe.
I started my yoga and healing journey in 2017 after a series of chaotic events (Hurricane Harvey for example). Towards the end 2019 my vision was finally clear and I started taking the steps to become a teacher/ business owner. Of course COVID had other plans in 2020 but I shifted gears. I started offering "in home" and "zoom" sessions while getting as many online certifications as I could during the pandemic. I really took advantage of these opportunities and dove deep into the knowledge and trainings of all things wellness. Today I serve as a healer within my community providing various sessions, events, and safe spaces for people of all backgrounds.
